1. Who We Are

Quantum Edge Trading operates the website at getquantumedgeai.com and sells TITAN AutoTrader — a MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor — through our store at store.getquantumedgeai.com (powered by LemonSqueezy). Our support email is hello@getquantumedgeai.com.

We collect only what we need to run the site, process orders, and support our customers. We do not sell personal data to any third party, ever.

2. What Data We Collect

Data you give us directly:

• Email address — when you submit the opt-in form on our website (exit popup or lead capture). Sent to us via FormSubmit and stored in our email inbox.
• Purchase information — when you buy a product, LemonSqueezy collects your name, email, and payment details. We receive only your email address and order reference. We never see, store, or process your card number or billing address.
• Support messages — any emails you send to hello@getquantumedgeai.com are stored in our inbox for the purpose of responding to you.
• Chat messages — if you use our on-site chat widget, your message is sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Conversations are not logged or stored on our servers beyond the active session.

Data collected automatically when you visit:

• Analytics data — page views, session duration, referral source, and device type via Google Analytics 4. This data is anonymised and aggregated. We use it only to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
• Server logs — IP address and browser request data collected by our hosting provider (Hostinger) as part of standard server operation. Used for security and uptime monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data strictly for the following purposes:

• To fulfil your purchase and deliver your product license via LemonSqueezy
• To send transactional emails related to your order (confirmation, license delivery)
• To respond to customer support enquiries sent by email or chat
• To send the free strategy brief promised to visitors who opt in via our email form
• To send occasional product update emails to existing customers (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To understand aggregate site usage via Google Analytics 4 and improve our website

We do not use your data for third-party advertising, behavioural profiling, or any purpose not listed above.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses a minimal set of cookies and browser storage:

• Google Analytics 4 cookies: Set by Google to measure site traffic and aggregate visitor behaviour. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Session storage (popup flag): We use browser sessionStorage to record whether you have already seen the email opt-in popup during your current visit. This data is never sent to our servers and is automatically cleared when you close your tab.
• LemonSqueezy checkout cookies: Set by LemonSqueezy at the point of purchase only. Governed by their own privacy policy.

We do not use Facebook Pixel, advertising cookies, or any retargeting technology at this time. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.

• Email opt-in addresses: Retained until you unsubscribe. An unsubscribe link is included in every email we send.
• Support emails: Retained in our inbox for up to 2 years from the date of last correspondence.
• Analytics data: Managed by Google Analytics 4 under their 14-month default retention setting. We do not archive raw analytics data ourselves.
• Server logs: Managed by Hostinger under their standard log rotation policy.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have legal rights over your personal data. These can include the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion — request erasure of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
