These terms govern your purchase and use of TITAN AutoTrader and all related products offered by Quantum Edge Trading. Completing a purchase means you have read and agreed to everything below.

By accessing getquantumedgeai.com, placing an order, or downloading any product from Quantum Edge Trading, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
These Terms of Service work alongside our Risk Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and Quantum Edge Trading.
Upon successful payment, Quantum Edge Trading grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product purchased for your own trading activity. Three tiers are available:
Your license allows you to install and run the software on MetaTrader 5 accounts held in your own name. It is valid for the lifetime of the version purchased. Software updates are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed on any specific schedule.
Important: This license is for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or providing access to any third party — even informally — is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate license termination without refund.
All purchases are processed securely through LemonSqueezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Quantum Edge Trading transactions. By purchasing, you agree to LemonSqueezy's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to ours.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). The price shown at the time of your purchase is the final price you will be charged. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions — every tier is a one-time payment.
Local taxes and VAT may apply depending on your country. LemonSqueezy handles all tax calculation, collection, and remittance as part of their Merchant of Record service.
Because TITAN AutoTrader is a digital software product, all sales are final once a license has been issued and the product delivered. We are unable to offer refunds on digital goods that have been accessed or downloaded, as there is no practical way to "return" them.

TITAN AutoTrader — including all source code, compiled files, configuration templates, documentation, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Quantum Edge Trading. All rights are reserved worldwide.
Purchasing a license gives you the right to use the software personally. It does not transfer any ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights to you. Nothing in these Terms should be read as granting any broader rights than the personal use license in Section 3.
TITAN AutoTrader is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Edge Trading makes no warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Edge Trading and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised version becomes effective immediately upon publication to this page. Your continued use of our website or products after a change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We also reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue TITAN AutoTrader at any time. Where feasible, we will give customers advance notice of material changes. Free software updates are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed indefinitely.
We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately and without refund if you breach any part of these Terms — most critically, the prohibitions on redistribution and unauthorised sharing in Section 6. Upon termination you must immediately stop using the product and permanently delete all copies in your possession.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our products should first be raised directly with us at hello@getquantumedgeai.com so we can attempt to resolve it in good faith. Where a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the registered place of business of Quantum Edge Trading.
